So I’ve just gotten my account created on Flickr and I’ve successfully added photos. I’ve never used Flickr before but I found this very easy and straight forward. I haven’t added the tags yet but I did add titles to each of my photos, created a set, invited family and friends to view my photostream, and changed my profile icon. Very cool! Check out my pictures at http://www.flickr.com/photos/kledford52.

I’ve got lots of pictures of various activities in my library but these are the only ones I have stored on the computer I’m currently working with. You’ll see pictures of our Harry Potter Party we hosted when Book 7 of the series was released. This was a huge success! The students loved it! You can check out the photos here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/kledford52/sets/72157620422409565/

What a beautiful family! I love the Harry Potter party. How great that the links to Flickr open as little windows within your blog.

Those jelly bean tasting parties look like fun.

You are just chugging along. Week 3 looks good! I checked out your postings on Flickr. Later I will add you as a contact in Flickr. Keep up the great work Sheldon Librarian and you will be done before you know it and you will have learned some valuable new skills.

Hey, Karin…I just noticed that when comments are left on your blog, each one is designated by a quilt square. Did you purposely choose this design since you are a quilter or did that just happen?

Hey Sally…. isn’t that funny? The quilt-like squares are just a wordpress thing, I guess. They just pop up. I didn’t have to do a thing. Pretty cool!
